Paul MacLoughlin is a Leadership Development Consultant, Coach, and Talent Strategist. His mission is to enable individual, team, and organizational performance. Paul supports Executives, Sr. Leaders, High-potential Leaders, Frontline Managers, and Individual Contributors attain their business and professional goals. His experience extends across multiple industry sectors (Finance, Insurance, Engineering, Technology, Energy, Hospitality, Higher Education), and encompasses diverse and global audiences. This broad range of experiences informs his belief that while situations differ, effective leadership relies on a core set of mindsets, skills, and behaviors regardless of the geography, industry, or audience.

Paul has a PhD in Instructional Design and Educational Technology, and he is a Certified Leadership Coach. He lives with a natural curiosity about how and why things are as they are, and what we can do to make things better. He seeks to expand our knowledge of how we can more effectively enable organizational and individual development through his consulting and research pursuits.

Paul lives with his family in Charleston, SC. They love the beaches and the history of the region. He is originally from Ireland, and he divides his time between there and Germany outside of the school calendar.
